Epic Certified Cogito Trainer

Duration: 6 months

Responsibilities:

Epic Cogito Fundamentals Certification required
Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions on Epic Cogito tools (Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, Clarity, Caboodle) Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, and user guides tailored to different audiences (analysts, clinicians, operational staff)
Partner with reporting teams and operational leaders to understand reporting needs and translate them into training content
Support onboarding of new analysts and end users on Epic reporting tools and data structures
Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting during and after training sessions
Assist with workflow optimization by educating users on best practices for report creation and data usage
Stay current with Epic upgrades and enhancements related to Cogito and incorporate changes into training materials
Track training effectiveness and adjust content based on user feedback and system change
