Epic Beaker and PB Testing and Validation Resource

Responsibilities:

• Audit Epic system build to verify alignment with clinical workflows and operational requirements
• Provide insights and recommendations on optimizing Beaker and PB integration to minimize billing errors
• Validate interface points between Epic Beaker and Epic Professional Billing to identify and resolve workflow gaps and integration challenges
• Collaborate with application analysts, revenue cycle teams, and clinical stakeholders to ensure accurate mapping of lab workflows to billing processes
• Conduct end-to-end testing and validation of workflows, physician orders and lab results
• Identify and document build issues, workflow gaps, and configuration discrepancies
