Cornerstone Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience in integrations, security, and reporting within the Cornerstone OnDemand platform required
• Must have healthcare industry experience, with knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
• Responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Cornerstone modules to meet organizational needs
• Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics to support leadership and HR decision-making
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders while supporting system upgrades, testing, and issue resolution
