Epic Certified Cadence Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Epic Certified Cadence Analyst responsible for build, configuration, testing, and support of Epic Cadence scheduling workflows
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and access teams to optimize appointment scheduling, provider templates, and access strategies
• Perform system design, testing (unit and UAT), documentation, and ongoing optimization following Epic best practices
• Troubleshoot Cadence-related issues and provide production, go-live, and post-go-live support
• Epic Cadence Certification and Bachelor’s degree required
