Healthcare Infrastructure Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex IT projects focused on infrastructure, facility implementations, and technology upgrades within healthcare environments
• Manage cross-functional project teams and oversee all phases from planning through execution and delivery
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies using PMO methodology
• Drive innovation and efficiency through AI initiatives and technology modernization efforts
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational standards in healthcare IT settings
• Communicate project status, risks, and deliverables clearly to leadership and stakeholders
• Mentor junior project managers and promote consistent project management best practices
• PMP certification, AI project experience, and healthcare IT background are required
