Healthcare Program Director – Research Application Modernization

Duration: 6 Months

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate the vendor selection and RFP planning process for the enterprise research application
Partner with the Enterprise Architect and institutional stakeholders to develop the future-state vision and planning roadmap
10+ years of experience leading technology programs in research, higher education, or academic medical centers
Deep understanding of research workflows, ERA platforms, and healthcare compliance requirements
Experience with Epic, ERP systems, and research application modernization required
Proven success in RFP and vendor selection processes
Executive-level communication skills; ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Experience in both research and clinical environments preferred; pharma-only experience may not be sufficient without demonstrable cross-sector exposure
