Responsibilities:

Lead the enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap to modernize the research application landscape
Strong familiarity with Epic, enterprise ERP systems, and research technologies required
Deep understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks in research environments
Proven track record designing enterprise-level, integrated solutions in healthcare
Design a cohesive “Web of Ecosystem” that integrates Epic (EMR), ERP, and ERA platforms
Translate complex research, regulatory, and compliance workflows into technical requirements and architecture plans
Collaborate with research, IT, and compliance stakeholders to capture current-state workflows and define future-state models
Address the unique needs of high-regulatory environments
Guide the evaluation of architectural decisions and participate in vendor selection and RFP processes
Align technical vision with strategic institutional goals across research and enterprise systems
