Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in information systems operations environment in system analysis or development
- Workday experience
- Formal training in project management/Agile practices preferred (PMP certified)
- Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
- Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills
- Foster effective collaboration between teams and across departments
- Must have a solid understanding of organizational change management and user adoption methodologies
- Proven ability to think strategically while delivering practical solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to facilitate
- Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to articulate facts and ideas clearly and concisely. Demonstrated ability to analyze problems and clearly articulate potential solutions.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Capable of working in a diverse, multi-disciplinary team and interacting with all levels of the organization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
