Job Description

Location: San Francisco, CA

Duration: 6 Months

  • Workday experience with the following in order to troubleshoot ServiceNow tickets from Customers:
  • Experience with Finance & Human Capital Functionality tasks and reports
  • Troubleshooting Business Processes (Spend Authorization, Expense Reports, Hire, Termination, etc)
  • Financial Data Model (FDM) for Company, Cost Centers, locations, spend category, revenue category, etc.
  • Strong working knowledge of Security knowledge for Domain, & Business Processes
  • Report Writing/Editing (Advanced, Matrix & Composite preferred) Access/Security
  • Change Management Healthcare industry experience is a plus
