  • The focus here is servers, databases, application deployment, backend support, triaging and resolving tickets
  • Heavy ticket support
  • Someone very technical that knows how to work with server and database teams and resolve any infrastructure related issues
  • Experience with SoftLab and Citrix
  • Project Management experience is a plus
  • Manager stated this would be a great role for someone that would view this as a promotion or step up from their current role
