  • SAP Integration Experience (this is last priority)

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years as a Kronos Consultant or Administrator (Candidates ideally would have hands-on experience as the system administrator for Kronos).
  • Experience on Workforce Central Version 7 or later
  • Ideal Candidates should have formal Kronos training.
  • Candidates should have experience doing most of the admin work themselves, not be in a position where they are relying on Kronos to do the bulk of the work.
  • Experience with Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduler, and Absence Manager modules should be required; Experience with Workforce Analytics preferred.
  • Candidates should be familiar with Kronos Workforce Device Manager for clocks and multiple server environments
  • Demonstrated experience designing, configuring, and testing STANDARD WORKFLOW
  • A background in Kronos consulting would be highly beneficial
  • Would recommend experience with Kronos within a Healthcare organization
  • Ideal candidate will have experience working with Kronos in the Cloud STANDARD WORKFLOW
  • Healthcare, implementation with SAP as ERP solution Exp. We can buy this integration work and lets rely on our own SAP tea

Responsibilities:

  • Document workflow and gap analysis between current state and future standard state and action steps
  • Be responsible for the build of the Kronos application
  • Participate in testing
  • Work closely with the PMO and the HR Administrators to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Design and deliver training programs for end users
