Responsibilities:

- Support troubleshooting efforts – root cause analysis
- Supports IAM systems and responds to incidents associated to issues (MS Certificate Services, CyberArk, Active Directory with multiple domains, access provisioning)
- Monitors the IAM team mailbox to provide timely answers and direction for co-workers
- Champions confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and applications
- Meets SLA for all tickets in the IAM support queue
- Working Knowledge of Active directory
- Knowledge of CyberArk/vaulting solutions
- Understanding of least privileged access
- SailPoint experience a bonus
- Experience in healthcare environment a bonus
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in complex technology environment General familiarity with common security guidelines
