Responsibilities:

- Onsite/Remote Expectations: Can be remote from Minnesota or Wisconsin with occasional onsite visits as needed/requested
- Minimum of 8 years relevant HRMS system management experience, of which 5 years have been spent in implementation and/or maintenance of HRMS programs and payroll functions
- Demonstrates and applies broad-based HR knowledge to business needs in a proactive manner and determines best practices to support organizational direction
- Demonstrates the ability to assess business situations and recommend suggestions for improving business results and team execution of HR strategies
- Demonstrates a high level of analytical thinking, decision making, organization, and collaborative team building skills
- Driven problem solver with proven success in solving difficult problems and mentoring others on effective problem solving
- Demonstrates a consistent focus on accountability and achievement of HR strategic and tactical goals with a proven track record in delivering high quality solutions on time and within the budget
- Able to work independently with ability to assess and appropriately escalate issues as needed
- Possesses proven experience with mentoring or training less experienced team members including compliance with HR related legislation, practices, processes, programs and technologies.
- Consistently demonstrates the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task, and provides training to less experienced team members on achieving this skill
- Serves as leader for demonstrating effective time management, organizational, and follow up skills with a keen attention to detail and quality
- Proficient in the use of payroll, time keeping, and human resource information databases and technology
- Proficient in the use of PC applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrates general knowledge of database query and database report writing functions
- Demonstrates knowledge of human resource and payroll principles, payroll processes, wage and hour law and related accounting principles
- Demonstrates process analysis skills required to understand and assess multiple interactive pay systems
- Demonstrates the ability to communicate verbally and in writing at levels appropriate to the target audience
- Able to interpret technical programming support documentation
- Must demonstrate proven experience handling confidential Human resources matters
