Responsibilities:
- Strong Facets Backend Data Model Knowledge
- Knowledge around Facets Medical Plan Configuration applications and their dependencies
- Technical skillset to deliver configuration build or validation tools using SQL query, excel, power automate
- Must be able to Review Facets Configuration and transactional data for on and off-exchange business. Recommendations for completeness, accuracy, and database efficiency. Also, recommended use of additional Facets functionality
- Configuration Lead for multiple Facets Implementations
- Well-versed in a broad range of Facets application functions
- ”hands on” experience in all phases of project life cycle methodologies, with particular emphasis on creation of project and test plans, scripts, documentation and report generation
- Strong background in health insurance industry with particular focus on Benefits and customer service as well as extensive experience in configuration of TriZetto Facets Benefits
- Demonstrated successes, having led to increasingly responsible positions in the areas of technology, product development, leadership, and project management
