Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
- 7 years of experience required
- 10 years of experience preferred
- 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred
- Oversee development and implementation of compliance measures corresponding to professional standards of conduct, applicable regulatory and accreditation standards, federal, state and local laws
- Oversee continuous monitoring and risk assessment of regulatory risks and industry trends
- Establish and maintain collaborative, credible, trusting partnerships with leaders in finance, operations and clinical functions
- Act as an advisor and partner to business leaders concerning associated compliance risks, gaps, and potential controls for future strategic initiatives
- Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff
