Senior Healthcare System Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Serve as liaison between end users, operational leaders, support teams, and vendors to design, build, and optimize assigned applications
• Provide advanced application support, troubleshooting, and optimization; collaborate with the Service Desk on service requests
• Analyze business issues, requirements, and workflows to align application capabilities with operational and organizational needs
• Lead medium- to high-complexity project activities, including analysis, testing, documentation, implementation, and customer collaboration
• Manage and guide quality assurance and integrated testing efforts; independently lead testing projects and ensure successful outcomes
