Location: United States
Duration: 6 months
Responsibilities:
- Provide system administration support for Clarity/Caboodle/SlicerDicer/Radar Dashboards/Cogito SQL
- Design, build, test and deploy various reports and extracts
- Provide day to day operational support such as incident resolution, performance monitoring and alert management
- Provides guidance and training to less-experienced analyst/programmers/admins
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant certification in programming, Computer science and/or healthcare, business management or information systems
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with managing and developing reports using Epic’s analytics platform
- Expertise in the SQL programming
- Proven skills in problem solving
- Must work well in a team environment and be able to partner with both business and technical team members
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills required
- Requires strong multitasking skills; must be a self-starter and able to deliver results on a proactive and independent basis
- Epic Cogito Tools & Administration certification
- Epic Clarity/Caboodle Data Model certification
- Epic Clinical Data Model certification preferred
