Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 6 years’ experience; Master’s Degree with 5 years’ experience; PhD with 0 years’ experience
- Work experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred and degree in Finance is preferred
- Process expertise and solution design in SAP Finance, Intercompany processes and reconciliation, Transfer price structure, Legal entity structures and Consolidations and integration with other SAP Modules and non-SAP tools like HFM etc.
- Expertise required in SAP Finance integration with Supply chain, Sales and Purchasing processes
- Expertise required in business processes, accounting principles, systems configuration, enhancements, and master data elements
- Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and ability to decipher product financial flows is preferred
- SAP S/4HANA and/or Central Finance experience is preferred
- Managing SAP projects and teams; working knowledge of all aspects of the SAP ASAP methodology including Applications, Integration, Data, Security, Change Management, Training, and Communications
- Hands-on experience planning and facilitating blueprint workshops
- Strong understanding in developing complex interfaces
- Ability to resolve complex issues in high stress and high-pressure situations
- Effective communication and influencing Senior Leaders in business and IT
- Critical Thinking
- Coaching and mentoring business and IT resources to ensure effective and sustainable application designs
- Ability to travel globally
