  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in computer science, MIS or a closely related field
  • Experience with projects focused on implementing websites, digital applications, survey tools, and similar self-service applications
  • Prior experience with UI/UX testing
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Experience with Cerner’s HealtheLife, Millennium, Revenue Cycle and Consumer Framework preferred
  • Experience with Allscripts also helpful
  • Experience with self-service applications such as WELL, Tonic, Kryuus, Experian, Televox/Intrado, and EyeDog preferred
  • Knowledge of healthcare integration technologies such as HL7 & FHIR preferred
  • Proficient knowledge in the Microsoft products suite such as Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint
  • Demonstrate clear and concise communication skills with the ability to hear multiple stakeholder perspectives and quickly distill down to key points
  • Possess solid time management skills and the ability to self-regulate to progress multiple tasks along acceptable timeframes
  • Exhibit superior attention to detail
