Responsibilities:

• MyChart Sr Analyst Skill Set Needs and Requirements
• MyChart extensive expertise and experience essential with solid EpicCare Ambulatory experience.
• Serves as primary point of contact for technical guidance, implementation support for issue resolution
• MyChart Activation of Standard/Enhanced Proxy Access and Teen Self-Access via Modify Features Extension
• Confidential information sharing feature build and how they appear in MyChart, the Proxy Friendly AVS, and PDF Snapshot, including sharing of:
• Sensitive Medications
• Sensitive Test Results
• Sensitive Diagnoses
• MyChart Spanish
• MyChart ticklers for Email/SMS/Push
• MyChart General and History/Intake Questionnaires
• MyChart E-Visits
• MyChart Symptom Checker
• MyChart web server file knowledge of Strings Manager, XML, and IIS
• On-site 3 times a year
