IT Workday Developer

Location: Chicago, IL

Duration: Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience and technical training is required
• Minimum 3 years demonstrated developer experience in providing solutions for Workday business operations
• Analytical thinking for effective problem solving is essential
• The ability to work independently, make decisions under pressure, while providing timely and responsive services
• Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Strong knowledge of development tools, programming languages (.NET, Java, etc.), SQL, and testing
• Strong knowledge and understanding of structured analysis and technical design techniques
• Prior Workday implementation experience highly desirable
• Workday functional knowledge and experience in Human Resource, Finance and Supply Chain modules
• Excellent time and project management skills, customer service and interpersonal skills, system diagnostic and communication (written and oral) are critical for success in this position
