• BS/BA degree in Business or Technology/related field required
• Project Management certification (required)
• Agile project management certification (desired)
• 6+ years demonstrated competency and experience in project management from inception to delivery, including all elements of scope, schedule, budget, risk evaluation, issue resolution, quality, integration, staffing, and communications
• Advanced SDLC lifecycle experience across waterfall, Agile and hybrid methodologies
• Advanced data analysis and problem solving, as well as presentation skills
• Strategic thinker with a track record of demonstrating good judgement, strong business acumen, and executing plans with a sense of urgency
• Building constructive relationships to foster collaboration and cross/functional thinking
• Organize and prioritize coordination of multiple jobs/assignments
• Establish and maintain effective relationships to gain trust and respect
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities
• Demonstrated use of project management practices and tools
• Must PM and Agile certified with strong interfacing experience
• Remote workers must live in one of the following states MA, NH, RI, and ME
• Remote workers must be able to be on site once a month
