Job Description

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Duration: 3 Months

Description: 

  • Provides client support of HR Technology deployment including Lawson (Infor) Core HR, Talent Management, Workforce Reporting / Analytics and Integrations to other applications
  • Performs analysis, design, configuration, qualification, documentation and roll-out of expanded HR Technology capabilities to meet enterprise requirements
  • Leads designated projects within the HR Technology environment

Application & User Support:

  • Strong working knowledge of HR Technology applications (may vary based on assignments)
  • Demonstrates the ability to diagnose, document and resolve complex HR application issues from a functional, administrative and operational perspective
  • Exhibits a consistently high level of customer service, collaboration and consensus building skills while working with internal clients and/or stakeholders
  • Plans and administers end user training including New Leader Orientation and Business Partner Training; also aides employee and management end users as needed (“Help Desk” function)
  • Performs systems administration, data management, table maintenance, integration monitoring, data uploads, and configuration functions for HR Technology applications
  • Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on HR applications including how to best leverage system capabilities to satisfy specific client needs
  • Works directly with IS function on service requests and defect resolution from inception through to completion
  • Supports ‘downstream’ integration requirements including HR data model consultation, management of employee data requests and troubleshooting of data issues encountered by internal and external third-party applications

Project Management:

  • Manages designated HR Technology projects throughout the project lifecycle including delivery of project plans, estimates, management presentations, user communications, IS coordination and project team supervision
  • Performs Business Requirements Analysis and composes clear, comprehensive Functional Specifications that are usable by our IS counterparts to enable new capabilities
  • Plans and executes User Acceptance Testing to ensure quality implementations
  • Develops clear user documentation including Job Aides, Operational Guides, Online Content, etc.
  • Assesses client information needs and develops HR Reports using Report Writing Tools

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field
  • Relevant academic concentrations include: HR Technology, HR Management, Human Capital Management, Business Intelligence, Health Care Administration, Information Systems
  • 4 to 6 years of experience working in an Human Resources or Information Technology environment
