Responsibilities:
- 100% remote
- Ensuring information technology projects are completed within the defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints while ensuring predictable, consistent, and successful project delivery
- Developing project schedules, managing team resources, creating work breakdown structures, estimating size and effort for new development projects, as well as developing detailed requirements for these projects
- Identifying project stakeholders, both internal and external, and keeping them engaged in the project, aligned on expected outcomes, and informed about what is occurring throughout project
- Promoting client satisfaction by ensuring projects adheres to stakeholder specifications and expectations
- Defining and securing the Resources required for the project
- Identifying project risks and proactively working to develop mitigation strategies
- Identifying and managing project issues through closure and appropriately escalating issues to Leadership
- Effectively communicating project status, issues, and risk to all project participants in a timely manner
- Influencing staff and outside vendors to meet their goals.
- Understanding and conformance with Project and IT change management processes
- Supporting Go Live and Transition to Support Activities
- Participating in PMO process improvement activities
- 5 years or more of experience managing an Information technology program and/or PMO. Required
- 3 years or more experience in the healthcare industry Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Required
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or other Project Management certification Required
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Preferred
