Duration: 4+ Months


  • Three to five years of IT Methodology and Tools experience
  • One to two years of Training / Coaching experience
  • One to three years of effective communication & presentation skills


  • The Project Manager – Methodology is responsible for ensuring that project teams adhere to a formalized and standardized approach and supporting documentation related to project plans, project charters, artifacts, and standard processes
  • The Project Manager – Methodology is responsible for ensuring that all project implementations maintain these materials and are kept current during each project phase
  • Contributes to the vision and strategy for IS organization and responsible for maintaining, updating, and communicating system development methodology best practices across the organization
  • Maintains and refines practices and processes pertaining to project plans, utilizing industry best practices
  • Supports teams in their endeavors to ensure all project managers and scrum masters employ standard project management practices for planning, scheduling, tracking and controlling their projects
  • Drives consistent, repeatable use of the implementation methodology and tools
  • Recommends and helps implement best practices and processes across the organization, ensuring that obstacles and barriers to success are removed
  • Effectively enforces the proper use of methodology and tools, holds resources to the highest standard of quality and dedication to all tools utilized by the organization
  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, accurate and stored appropriately
  • Anticipates problems before they occur and creates ways to accomplish project goals regardless of changing circumstances, including the ability to escalate to appropriate levels of resources to resolve issues in a timely manner
