Healthcare Network Engineer Technician

Location: Boston, MA

Duration: 6 months

Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite network support across multiple locations in Massachusetts
• Perform hands-on tasks such as device reboots, module reseeding, and resolving local API issues
• Provide onsite support for environments monitored remotely through Cisco tools, stepping in when physical intervention is required
• Strengthen the Network Engineering team by taking on onsite troubleshooting, repairs, and hands-on maintenance
• Partner with full-time engineering staff managing cybersecurity events and daily operations
• Travel to various facilities as needed for physical network support
• Ensure timely response and resolution for onsite hardware and networking issues
