Owns delivery of IAM and cybersecurity initiatives, managing scope, budget, timelines, resources, and overall program quality
Leads and develops IAM security teams, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and day-to-day workload coordination
Oversees user access administration, permissions, and controls while monitoring activity logs and responding to security incidents and escalations
Ensures compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards, driving remediation and risk reduction efforts
Produces and presents IAM cybersecurity metrics and reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual program effectiveness updates
Partners with IT, project leadership, and business stakeholders to strengthen secure system access, incident response readiness, and security awareness training
