Responsibilities:
- This role’s oversight and strategic thinking skills ensures that comprehensive, efficient solutions are being developed and implemented without negatively impacting the current operating environment and systems
- We are looking for specific Facets Claims Workflow expertise
- Ability to read requirements and design/build to meet those requirements
- Experience with customer service workflow is a strong bonus
- Needs query experience and strong understanding of workflow data models.
- Understanding of medical plan applications is also a bonus
