Epic Procedural PM

Location: United States

Duration: 6 months

Responsibilities:

• Acute (Procedural – examples: Cupid/Cardiology, Endoscopy, OpTime/Surgery, Anesthesia, Supply Chain Management)
• Strong PM skills, including portfolio management experience
• Ability to work in the details and with executives
• Epic to Epic merger experience strongly preferred
• Experience leading large teams of individuals and the ability to manage staff effectively
• Change management focus as 3 entities are forging a new foundation and teams are forming rapidly
• Past success with large-scale projects, including software and hardware implementations
• Experience with 3rd party applications, Epic integration/interface, Orion, Contract Management, Vendor Management
• Confidence, presence, comfortability with ambiguity
• Hybrid – up to 50% on-site (Midwest) for key activities – committee meetings, kickoff, testing, workflow validation, and go live
