• Epic Hyperspace and Resolute Hospital Billing Charging Application Analyst with required Epic Resolute HB Charging Certification
• Responsible for build, configuration, testing, and ongoing support of Hospital Billing charging workflows within Epic Hyperspace
• Collaborates with revenue cycle, clinical, and IT stakeholders to ensure accurate charge capture and compliant billing processes
• Analyzes charging issues, resolves defects, and supports end users through incident, request, and optimization work
• Supports system upgrades, integrated testing, and go-live activities related to HB Charging and Resolute functionality
