Responsibilities:
- The specific qualifications needed: Expertise and certification in Epic Cadence is required; Epic Referrals Certification is preferred, Welcome knowledge desired
- Experience with Book it, Template build, Decision Tree maintenance, Appointment Request WQ’s
- Responsibilities: Work as an analyst with our Cadence Team to support Front Desk and Call Center (Cadence), PreCert/Auth Team (Referrals) in their daily use of Epic, resolve tickets, participate in Epic Quarterly releases (NN review, build, testing) and on system projects that require a Cadence/Referrals Analyst
