Epic Ambulatory Analyst

Location: Newark, NJ

Duration: Permanent

Responsibilities:

• The Epic Ambulatory Analyst utilizes his/her extensive knowledge of the client’s clinical or business requirements, application capabilities, and his/her technical skills to implement and support applications
• The Analyst is responsible for the implementation of new applications, upgrades, and modifications to existing systems and assisting in the coordination of these efforts
• The Analyst is also responsible for the application configuration, go-live support, and on-going client support
• He/she works on multiple projects concurrently
• The Analyst provides outstanding client service and contributes to the organization’s mission of utilizing information technology to improve patient care
• 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare environment
• PC Proficiency required
• Windows and MS Office applications proficiency required
• Good organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills necessary
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• Certification in EpicCare Ambulatory application is preferred
• Hybrid remote/onsite
