Responsibilities:
- The Epic Ambulatory Analyst utilizes his/her extensive knowledge of the client’s clinical or business requirements, application capabilities, and his/her technical skills to implement and support applications
- The Analyst is responsible for the implementation of new applications, upgrades, and modifications to existing systems and assisting in the coordination of these efforts
- The Analyst is also responsible for the application configuration, go-live support, and on-going client support
- He/she works on multiple projects concurrently
- The Analyst provides outstanding client service and contributes to the organization’s mission of utilizing information technology to improve patient care
- 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare environment
- PC Proficiency required
- Windows and MS Office applications proficiency required
- Good organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills necessary
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- Certification in EpicCare Ambulatory application is preferred
- Hybrid remote/onsite
