Job Description

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Duration: Permanent


  • Set and communicate daily/weekly/monthly productivity standards for staff to achieve
  • Monitor complex claims inventory and member reimbursement claims and adjust resources to ensure that productivity standards are achieved
  • Ensure that staff is meeting or exceeding standards for claims accuracy by continuously reviewing quality assurance results and providing feedback
  • Monitor claims aging daily to ensure that inventory is not exceeding maximum aging standards
  • Review team’s pending inventory and act as point of escalation for resolution of items with partner departments
  • Proactively manage and reduce inventory backlogs
