• Macess knowledge
• SMA (Senior Market)-knowledge or experience
• Facets (Front End)
• Visual Design tools knowledge/skills preferred
• Familiarity with health care industry is preferred
• Some project coordination skills with ability to lead smaller project teams
• Ability to read, interpret and apply technical specifications
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in cross-functional project teams and independently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to interpret and effectively present quantitative data
