Business System Analyst

Location: Detroit, MI

Duration: 7 months

Responsibilities:

• Must have familiarity with Microsoft 365, Outlook, OneDrive
• 5+ years experience supporting users required
• Prior Service Now experience required
• must have customer service skills/experience
• Completes analysis of existing methods to promote effective operations through
• standardization, improvement, simplification, discontinuance, or other methods
• Completes recommendations for business processes that ensure alignment with
• strategic direction; integrates business processes between multiple organizations
• Completes the coordination of business process changes, assists in implementing
• system solutions
• Performs full range of standard work for the professional field. Refers complex,
• unusual problems to others
• Identifies and resolves more complex problems and applies problem-solving skills in
• order to deal with most situations
• Demonstrates and applies a broad knowledge of field of specialization through
• successful completion of moderately complex assignments
• Successfully applies complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of
• particular area of specialization
• Demonstrates knowledge of organization’s business practices and issues
• Understands and has experience with Service Level Agreements
• Maintains highest standards of honesty and integrity
• Maintains confidentiality of employee, customer and corporate information
