Epic PB/HB Clarity Analyst

Duration: 9 months

Responsibilities:

• Review GPP program’s metric specifications for logic and data set changes and translate them into technical requirements
• Develop new quality measure code (leverage existing QIP measure code) or update existing metric code based on new or revised metric definitions
• Work closely with business SMEs to interpret specifications and requirements, quickly iterating on changes
• Help design the GPP architecture using SQL Server tables, stored procedures and SSIS packages
• Analyze result sets and present to operational leadership in easy to read and actionable formats
• Exceptional SQL coding skills in Epic Clarity, and familiarity with all financial tables, views and functions
• Metric development experience with pay-for-performance programs like QIP, GPP or HEDIS
• Experience with developing complex SQL queries, stored procedures and SSIS packages
• Strong ability to work directly with operational clinical leaders, project office, clinic staff and other stakeholders
• Epic PB/HB reporting experience
