Epic Reporting Analyst

Location: United States

Duration: 3 months

Responsibilities:

• Provide user support/coaching/training related to Cogito usage
• Develop/Customize Cogito solutions (i.e., SlicerDicer filters and sessions, Reporting Workbench with SQL, etc)
• Collaborate with Clarity/Caboodle administrators to load/validate Caboodle data models/tables
• Utilize Data Courier to promote Cogito components across Epic environments
• Perform user and tool administration within BI tools as requested and approved
• Troubleshoots incidents surrounding supported solutions
• Manage work queue of incidents and user requests within Service Management application
• Understands and applies HIPAA standards and regulations to all areas of work
• BS/BA in information or business-related field from an accredited college or university
• Two (2) years of experience with development of BI solutions and/or administration of BI tools and/or related training/education
