Epic Certified Willow Ambulatory Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Certified in Epic Willow Ambulatory required
• Analyze business/user needs, define application requirements, and document in BRDs
• Configure, revise, and unit test Epic Willow Ambulatory builds to optimize workflows
• Evaluate technology impacts, troubleshoot issues, and deliver system enhancements
• Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with cross-functional, remote teams
• Strong skills in problem-solving, communication, and presentation with ability to lead meetings
• 2+ years’ experience with information systems; degree or certification in healthcare, business, or information systems preferred
• Healthcare operations or research experience a plus
